Application and principle of operation:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

Used in systems with two pumps operating in parallel and supplying the same receiver.

The described system usually includes a high-performance pump, but operating at low pressure, and a smaller pump operating at much higher pressure. After reaching the set pressure, the flow from the larger pump is discharged to the overflow. From that moment on, the receiver is powered by a smaller pump operating at a higher pressure, consuming less energy.

The valve works great in presses, where a large pump quickly extends the press cylinder, when the cylinder encounters resistance, the flow from large pump, it is redirected to the return line, from that moment the cylinder extends thanks to the small pump, which is set to high pressure.

The cylinder slows down its extension, but significantly increases the power needed for ironing.

The use of a system of two pumps with a VABP valve significantly reduces the power demand,

and shortens the operating cycle of the actuator or other receiver.

Connection:

Connect the BP to the pump with higher flow, connect AP to the pump with lower flow, connect U to the receiver, e.g. actuator, connect T to the return line, connect M to the manometer
