Application:

Has widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, aurochs, cyclops, HDS loaders, machines construction, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

The plunger section is specially adapted to control single-acting cylinders.

The second hole in the section is factory screwed in , metal cork. There is no need to make an additional transfer here. The single-sided cylinder falls freely and does not block the oil flow leaving the pump.

The plunger section is very useful in TUR front loaders with single-sided cylinders for lifting the main frame.

Recommended oil flow in the system: 0 - 120L/min.

Example control: one single-acting actuator.

Possibility of serial connection to an existing system (required pressure sleeve).

Control:

Three-position lever (1 - 0 - 2), spring-loaded, i.e. returns to the vertical by itself:

Position 0 neutral ( lever set vertically) the actuator piston rod is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (lever set in an oblique position forwards) the actuator piston rod extends.

Working position 2 (lever set in an oblique position backwards), the actuator piston rod retracts.

The overflow valve is factory set to 180Bar ± 30 Bar.

It is recommended to check and set the appropriate pressure before starting. Possibility of self-adjustment, full turn change by 30Bar.

Thinner, high-quality oil: LOTOS AGROL BOXOL 26

Thicker, high-quality oil : FUCHS AGROFARM HYDRATEC HVI 46

Recommended oil temperature range:

Permissible ambient temperature: -40 C to +60 C

Permissible oil temperature: -15 C up to +80 C
