Hydraulic hose AA 10/1 M18x1.5, 1-braid (1SN), 180 Bar, L-1250 mm Flexible hydraulic hoses, next to rigid seamless pipes, are used in every power hydraulics system for fluid transfer. To determine the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, you need a ruler, one end of which is applied to the flow value (left ruler), the other to the flow speed value (right ruler), depending on place of application of the cable.
Flow velocity lines have ranges of values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.
To determine the best parameters, an average value from a given range should be selected, rounding the cable dimension to the full size above the indication.
When designing and selecting cables for a given system, also you need to pay attention to:
twist angle of the ends, this is used in the case of the following types of hoses: elbow: elbow, eye: eye, elbow-eye
selection of the appropriate type of end depending on the place and working position of the hose
selection of the hose bending radius
avoiding twisting the hose during installation, which may cause it to wear out earlier
appropriate protection of the hose against premature wear.
