Hydraulic hose AA 12/2 M22x1.5, 2-braided (2SN), 275 Bar, L-3500 mm Flexible hydraulic hoses, next to rigid seamless pipes, are used in every power hydraulics system for fluid transfer. Their great advantage is flexibility, which allows for wide installation and arrangement possibilities, even in hard-to-reach places. In the event of damage, failure or leakage, these hoses can be easily replaced with a new model according to a specific specification.
The hose is made on the basis of a hydraulic hose that meets EN 853 standards. It is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems with an operating pressure not exceeding 275 Bar.

All our hydraulic hoses are cleaned at the appropriate stage of production, so the user can be sure of receiving a product ready for installation and long operation! To be able to determine the flow value of a given hose dimension, use the appropriate table (see opposite).
The data is selected depending on the type of pipe:
pressure (supply) line
suction or return line
To determine the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, you need a ruler, one end of which is applied to the flow value (left ruler), the other to the flow velocity value (right lines) depending on the place of use of the pipe.
Flow velocity lines have ranges of values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.
To determine the best parameters, an average value from a given range must be selected, rounding the pipe dimension to the full size above the indication.
When designing and when choosing cables for a given system, you also need to pay attention to:
twist angle of the ends, this applies to the following types of hoses: elbow: elbow, eye: eye, elbow-eye
selecting the appropriate type of end depending on the place and working position of the cable
selecting the bending radius of the hose
avoiding twisting the hose during installation, which may cause its premature wear
proper protection of the hose against premature wear.
