Hydraulic hose AA 10/2 M18x1.5, 2-braided (2SN), 330 Bar, L-1250 mm Flexible hydraulic hoses, next to rigid seamless pipes, are used in every power hydraulics system for fluid transfer. The hose is made on the basis of the North-Fighter hydraulic hose and meets the EN 853 2SN standards while offering an attractive price. It is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems with an operating pressure not exceeding 330 Bar.

All our hydraulic hoses are cleaned at the appropriate stage of production, so the user can be sure of receiving a product ready for installation and the certainty of long operation! To be able to determine the value flow of a given hose dimension, you must use the appropriate table (see opposite).
Data are selected depending on the type of pipe:
pressure (supply) line
suction or return line
To determine the size of the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, a ruler is necessary, one end of which we apply it to the flow value (left line), the second one to the flow velocity value (right line) depending on the place of use of the pipe.
Flow velocity lines have ranges of values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.
To determine the best parameters, an average value must be selected from a given range, rounding the cable dimension to the full size above the indication.
When designing and selecting cables for a given system, you also need to pay attention to:
the twist angle of the ends, this is used in the case of the following types of cables: elbow: elbow, eyelet: eyelet, elbow- eyelet
selecting the appropriate type of nozzle depending on the location and working position of the hose
selecting the bending radius of the hose
avoiding twisting the hose during installation, which may cause its premature wear
appropriate protection of the hose against premature wear.
