Hydraulic hose AB 12/2 M22x1.5, 2-braided (2SN), 275 Bar, L-1100 mm Flexible hydraulic hoses, next to rigid seamless pipes, are used in every power hydraulics system for fluid transfer. Their great advantage is flexibility, which allows for wide installation and arrangement possibilities, even in hard-to-reach places. In the event of damage, failure or leakage, these hoses can be easily replaced with a new model according to a specific specification.

The hose is made on the basis of a hydraulic hose that meets the EN 853 2SN standards while offering an attractive price. It is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems with an operating pressure not exceeding 275 Bar.

All our hydraulic lines are cleaned at the appropriate stage of production, thanks to this, the user can be sure of receiving a product ready for installation and the certainty of long operation! To be able to determine the flow value of a given hose dimension, you must use the appropriate table (see opposite).

The data is selected depending on the type of pipe:

pressure (supply) line

suction or return line

To determine the size of the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, you need a ruler, one end of which is applied to the flow value (left ruler), the other to the flow velocity value (right ruler), depending on the place of use of the hose.

Flow velocity lines have ranges values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.

To determine the best parameters, you need to select the average value from a given range, rounding the cable dimension to the full size above the indication.

When designing and selecting cables for a given system, you also need to pay attention to:

the twist angle of the ends, this applies to the following types of hoses: elbow: elbow, eyelet: eyelet, elbow-eyelet

selecting the appropriate type of fitting depending on the location and working position of the hose

selecting the hose bending radius

avoiding twisting the hose during installation, which may result in its premature wear

adequate protection of the cable against premature wear.
