The actuator is mainly intended for an agricultural trailer type HL6011 with side tipping, in which two such actuators are installed. It can be used in the production of other trailers with similar parameters.

Hydraulic telescopic cylinders consist of several cylinders, which are increasingly of smaller diameter, assembled one inside the other and sliding out one by one. In this way, it is possible to obtain a large stroke with a short length of the folded actuator.

In single-acting hydraulic telescopic actuators, the pressurized oil acts on one side, causing the individual actuator members to extend. The return of the telescope is carried out under the influence of an external force (usually under the influence of the weight of the trailer's unloading box).

The oil inflow and outflow takes place through the same conduit, the direction of oil flow is controlled by the machine operator through the distribution valve (lever).

The recommended angle of inclination of the box when unloading should be between 40 and 45 degrees. The mounting location of the actuator should be halfway along the length of the load box.
