Application:

Professional testing device, intended for checking flow and pressure of oil generated by the pump in hydraulic systems in tractors or other mobile or stationary machines.

The device enables the initiation of operating conditions loading the pump, which enables reliable checking of its technical condition and maximum flow and pressure performance under operating conditions.

The built-in thermometer constantly shows the oil temperature in the tested system. The kit also allows you to check the setting of hydraulic throttle valves, overflow valves and others that influence the flow or pressure of oil in any section of the hydraulic system, e.g. between the distributor and receivers such as actuators or engines.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE: Flowmeters with variable cross-section. A precisely shaped, sharp-edged orifice placed in the piston assembly, the movement of the piston is directly proportional to the oil flow.

The piston connected by a magnet to the flowmeter pointer shows the flow on the disc. A cone-shaped orifice with sharp edges reduces viscosity sensitivity and allows the flowmeter to be mounted in any position, even upside down.

OPERATION IN ANY POSITION:The unique design of the linear flowmeter with a variable cross-section allows for installation flowmeter in any position without compromising measurement accuracy. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically or with an optional inverted scale, which allows you to monitor the flow from top to bottom.

However, do not change the direction of oil flow, this could damage the flow meter.

EASY TO DO READING SCALE: This flowmeter is the most readable product in its class. The flow scale has clear, easy-to-read numbers and divisions on the 63 mm diameter dial in liters or gallons per minute.

Thanks to the conical indicator piston, the measurement error associated with competitive flow meters with direct reading.

ACCURACY AND REPEATABILITY: The accuracy of the flowmeter is within ±4% of full scale when measuring oil, ensuring reliable, failure-free flow rate indication. It is recommended to calibrate the flow meter every 12 months, at the latest every 36 months.
