Hydraulic hose with 90° elbow AK 8/2 M16x1.5, 2-braid (2SN), 350 Bar, L-1500 mm Flexible hydraulic hoses next to rigid seamless pipes are used in every power hydraulics system for fluid transfer. Their great advantage is flexibility, which allows for wide installation and arrangement possibilities, even in hard-to-reach places. In the event of damage, failure or leakage, these hoses can be easily replaced with a new model according to a specific specification.

The hose is made on the basis of the North-Fighter hydraulic hose and meets the EN 853 2SN standards while offering an attractive price. It is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems with an operating pressure not exceeding 350 Bar.

All our hydraulic lines are cleaned at the appropriate stage of production, thanks to which the user can be sure of receiving a product ready for installation and long-term operation! To be able to determine the flow value of a given hose dimension, you must use the appropriate table (see next).

The data is selected depending on the type of hose:

line pressure (supply)

suction or return line

To determine the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, you need a ruler, one end of which is placed on the flow value (left ruler), the other on the flow speed value (right ruler), depending on the place of use of the hose.

Flow velocity lines have ranges of values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.

To determine the best parameters, you need to select the average value from a given range, rounding the pipe size to the full size above the indication.

When designing and selecting pipes for a given system, you also need to pay attention to:

twisting angle of the ends, this is used for the following types of hoses: elbow:elbow, eyelet:eyelet, elbow-eyelet

selection of the appropriate type of end depending on the place and working position of the hose

selection of the hose bending radius

avoidance of twisting the hose during installation may cause its premature wear.

Proper protection of the hose against premature wear.
