Hydraulic hose AA 16/2 M26x1.5, 2-braided (2SN), 250 Bar, L-2000 mm Flexible hydraulic hoses, next to rigid seamless pipes, are used in every power hydraulics system for fluid transfer. Their great advantage is flexibility, which allows for wide installation and arrangement possibilities, even in hard-to-reach places. In the event of damage, failure or leakage, these hoses can be easily replaced with a new model according to a specific specification.

The hose is made on the basis of the North-Fighter hydraulic hose and meets the EN 853 2SN standards while offering an attractive price. It is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems with an operating pressure not exceeding 250 Bar.

pressure (supply) line

suction or return line

To determine the size of the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, a ruler is necessary, which one end is connected to the flow value (left line), the other to the flow velocity value (right line), depending on the place where the cable is used.

The flow velocity lines have ranges of values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.

To determine the best parameters, you need to choose the average value from a given range, rounding the pipe dimension to the full size above the indication.

When designing and selecting pipes for a given system, you also need to pay attention to:

the twist angle of the ends, this is used in the case of the following types of pipes: elbow: elbow, eyelet: eyelet, elbow-eye

selecting the appropriate type of fitting depending on the location and working position of the hose

selecting the bending radius of the hose

avoiding twisting the hose during installation, which may cause its premature wear

appropriate protection of the hose against premature wear.
