Hydraulic hose BK 10/2 M18x1.5, 2-braided (2SN), 330 Bar, L-1900 mm, with one 90 elbow end with internal thread (nut) and the other with external thread GW/GZEFlexible hydraulic hoses right next to rigid pipes seamless are used in every hydraulic system for fluid transfer. Their great advantage is flexibility, which allows for wide installation and arrangement possibilities, even in hard-to-reach places. In the event of damage, failure or leakage, these hoses can be easily replaced with a new model according to a specific specification.

The hose is made on the basis of the North-Fighter hydraulic hose and meets the EN 853 2SN standards while offering an attractive price. It is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems with an operating pressure not exceeding 330 Bar.

All our hydraulic hoses are cleaned at the appropriate stage of production, so the user can be sure of receiving a product ready for installation and long-term operation! To be able to determine the flow value of a given hose dimension, use the appropriate table (see next).

The data is selected depending on the type of pipe:

pressure (supply) line

suction or return line

To determine the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, you need a ruler, one end of which is applied to the flow value (left ruler), the other to the flow speed value (right ruler), depending on place of application of the cable.

Flow velocity lines have ranges of values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.

To determine the best parameters, an average value from a given range should be selected, rounding the cable dimension to the full size above the indication.

When designing and selecting cables for a given system, also you need to pay attention to:

twist angle of the ends, this is used in the case of the following types of hoses: elbow: elbow, eye: eye, elbow-eye

selection of the appropriate type of end depending on the place and working position of the hose

selection of the hose bending radius

avoiding twisting the hose during installation, which may cause it to wear out earlier

appropriate protection of the hose against premature wear.
