Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, aurochs, cyclops, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

It is used wherever, for reasons of safety, better control comfort or the need to maintain cleanliness, it is required to install the distributor outside the cabin. Only the control unit remains in the cabin, which is connected to the distributor via a cable.

Technical data:

Recommended oil flow in the system: 0 - 120 l/min. Example control: double-acting actuator.

Possibility of serial connection to an existing system (pressure sleeve required).

Control:

Three-position slider (1 - 0) - 2), on a spring, i.e. it returns to the neutral position when the cable is slack. In the neutral position, the oil goes to the overflow and the pump is then relieved.

It is recommended to operate a special lever (1 - 0 - 2) with a body for connecting the cable:

Position 0 neutral ( lever set vertically) the actuator piston rod is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (lever set in an oblique position forwards) the actuator piston rod extends.

Working position 2 (lever set in an oblique position backwards), the actuator piston rod retracts.

Connection:

Power supply from the pump (P1, P2 ): BSP 1'' internal thread

Return to tank (T1, T2): BSP 1'' internal thread

Sections (A, B): BSP 1'' internal thread

Series connection (N): internal thread M36x1.5

Cable connection:

Tube internal thread: M16x1.5

Internal thread of the slider tip: M6x1.5

Pressure range:

Maximum supply pressure: 250Bar

Maximum return pressure: 50Bar

Maximum pressure on the sections: 300Bar

The overflow valve is factory set to 180Bar ± 30 Bar.

It is recommended to check and set the appropriate pressure before starting.

Possibility to do it yourself adjustment, full turn change by 30Bar.

Oil types recommended by AGRICOLA:

Thinner high-quality oil: LOTOS AGROL BOXOL 26

Thicker high-quality oil: FUCHS AGROFARM HYDRATEC HVI 46

Recommended oil temperature range:

Permissible ambient temperature: -40 C to +60 C

Permissible oil temperature: -15 C to + 80 C

Important!!!

The lever-operated splitter is inserted into the package, the set for screwing the cable is sent loose in the same package.

To customize splitter to control the cable, it is necessary to unscrew the body with the lever and screw the cable set in its place. Installation is very easy and does not require advanced tools.

After installing the cable set, the body with the lever remains at the customer's disposal.
