Hydraulic hose with 90° elbow AK 16/2 M26x1.5, 2-braid (2SN), 250 Bar, L-1250 mm Flexible hydraulic hoses next to rigid seamless pipes are used in every power hydraulics system for fluid transfer. Their great advantage is flexibility, which allows for wide installation and arrangement possibilities, even in hard-to-reach places. In the event of damage, failure or leakage, these hoses can be easily replaced with a new model according to a specific specification.

The hose is made on the basis of the North-Fighter hydraulic hose and meets the EN 853 2SN standards while offering an attractive price. It is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems with an operating pressure not exceeding 250 Bar.

To determine the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, you need a ruler, one end of which is placed on the flow value (left ruler), the other on the flow velocity value (right ruler), depending on the place of use of the pipe .

Flow velocity lines have ranges of values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.

To determine the best parameters, you need to select the average value from a given range, rounding the pipe dimension to the full size above the indication.

When designing and selecting pipes for a given system, you also need to pay attention on:

twist angle of the ends, this is used in the case of the following types of hoses: elbow:elbow, eyelet:eyelet, elbow-eyelet

selection of the appropriate type of end piece depending on the place and working position of the hose

selection of the hose bending radius

to avoid twisting the hose during installation, which may result in premature wear.
