3-section hydraulic distributor 40L 2x floating (P), 1x double-sided (D)

A universal monoblock three-section distributor manufactured in Bulgaria.

It is used in many industries, from agriculture, through municipal services and construction, to industry. The versatility of the solutions used and attention to detail put this distributor at the forefront of this type of product range. Number and type of sections:

1 section - floating (P) - modified slider and rear cap, enabling 4 lever positions

2 section - floating (P) - modified slider and rear cap, enabling 4 lever positions

3 section - regular double-sided (D) (unmodified) - allows steering double-acting cylinder

The undoubted advantage of the floating section is the ability to work with both double-acting cylinders (folding harrows, reversible plows, etc.) and single-acting cylinders (tipping cylinders, hydraulic lifters, etc.).

The floating section has 4 positions:

0 - distributor in neutral position

1 - actuator advance

2 - double-acting actuator return

3 - lowering the single-sided actuator (in the case of a double-sided actuator - this position allows it to 'float', which is used, for example, in snow plows)

In the floating position - 3 - the section has a latch that keeps the distributor lever in this position position (so-called free flow)

Control:

Spring lever (returns to neutral position by itself).

Neutral position 0, cylinder piston rod is standing - oil goes to the overflow.< p>

Working position 1 - the cylinder piston rod extends.

Working position 2 - the cylinder piston rod retracts.
