Description
Hydraulic hose AA 12/2 M22x1.5, 2-braided (2SN), 275 Bar, L-400 mm Flexible hydraulic hoses, next to rigid seamless pipes, are used in every power hydraulics system for fluid transfer. Their great advantage is flexibility, which allows for wide installation and arrangement possibilities, even in hard-to-reach places. In the event of damage, failure or leakage, these hoses can be easily replaced with a new model according to a specific specification.

The hose is made on the basis of a hydraulic hose that meets EN 853 standards. It is an ideal solution for hydraulic systems with an operating pressure not exceeding 275 Bar. .

All our hydraulic hoses are cleaned at the appropriate stage of production, so the user can be sure of receiving a product ready for installation and a long life operation! To determine the flow value of a given hose dimension, you must use the appropriate table (see below).

The data is selected depending on the type of pipe:

pressure (supply) line

suction or return line

To determine the size of the appropriate diameter of the hydraulic hose, you need a ruler, one end of which is applied to the flow value (left ruler), the other to the flow speed value (right ruler), depending on from the place of use of the conduit.

Flow velocity lines have ranges of values that depend on the individual characteristics of the system.

To determine the best parameters, an average value from a given range must be selected, rounding the conduit size to the nearest whole size above the indication.

When designing and selecting cables for a given system, you also need to pay attention to:

twisting angle of the ends, this applies to the following types of cables: elbow: elbow, eyelet: eyelet, elbow-eyelet

selecting the appropriate type of fitting depending on the location and working position of the hose

selecting the bending radius of the hose

avoiding twisting the hose during installation, which may result its earlier wear

appropriate protection of the hose against premature wear.
