Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, aurochs, cyclops, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

Floating section, also known as free flow, used, among others, for snow plows or TUR front loaders. It causes free movement of the piston rod in hydraulic cylinders. Protects against damage elements that have direct contact with the ground, e.g. plow blade.

Technical data:

Recommended oil flow in the system: 0 - 80 l/min.

Example control: two double-acting actuators.

Possibility of serial connection to an existing system (pressure sleeve required).

The first three-position lever (1 - 0 - 2), on spring, i.e. it returns to the vertical by itself:

Neutral position 0 (lever set vertically), the actuator piston rod is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (lever set in a forward diagonal position), the actuator piston rod extends.

Working position 2 (lever set in a backward diagonal position), the actuator piston rod retracts.

The second four-position lever (1 - 0 - 2 - 3), three positions (1 - 0 - 2) on a spring (the lever returns to the vertical by itself), position (3) floating on the latch (the lever stops in the floating position):9

Position 0 neutral (lever set vertically) actuator piston rod stands - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (lever set in a forward diagonal position), the actuator piston rod extends.

Working position 2 (lever set in a backward diagonal position), the actuator piston rod retracts.

Floating position 3 with a latch (lever set in the maximum forward position), the actuator piston rod works loosely, extends and retracts freely under the influence of the forces.

The opening pressure of the overflow valve increases proportionally with the increase in flow:
