3-section hydraulic distributor, 1x floating section (P), 2x single-sided section (J) 40l

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, tourers, cyclopes, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and also for other hydraulically controlled devices.

A wide range of spare parts for the manifold and their availability enable trouble-free service and, if necessary, further modifications or expansion of the system.

Number and type of sections in order from the valve:

1 - floating section (P)

2 - single-sided section (J) - allows you to control a single-acting actuator

3 - single-sided section (J) - allows you to control a single-acting actuator

The undoubted advantage of the floating section is the possibility of cooperation with both double-acting cylinders (folding harrows, reversible plows, etc.) and single-acting cylinders (tipping cylinders, hydraulic lifters, etc.).

The floating section has 4 positions:

0 - distributor in neutral position,

1 - actuator advance

2 - return of the double-sided actuator

3 - lowering of the single-sided actuator ( in the case of a double-sided actuator - this position allows it to 'float', which is used e.g. in snow plows)

In the floating position - 3 - the section has a latch that holds the distributor lever in this position (the so-called free flow)

Control:

Three-position lever (does not apply to the floating section) - on a spring (it returns to the neutral position by itself).

First neutral position ( lever set vertically) the cylinder piston rod is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Second working position (lever set in a forward diagonal position) the cylinder piston rod extends.

Third working position (lever set in an oblique position backwards), the cylinder piston rod retracts.

The distributor is equipped with a non-return valve and an overflow valve, which also serves as a safety valve.
