It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, tourers , cyclopes, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

Floating section, also known as free flow, used, among others, for snow plows or TUR front loaders. It causes free movement of the piston rod in hydraulic cylinders. Protects against damage elements that have direct contact with the ground, e.g. plow blade.

Technical data:

Recommended oil flow in the system: 0 - 40 l/min. Example control: two double-acting actuators plus additional electrical control, e.g. a 6/2 solenoid valve (controlled by the third actuator)

Possibility of serial connection to an existing system (pressure sleeve required).

Control:

Six-position joystick (1 - 2 - 0 - 3 - 4 - 5), spring-loaded, i.e. it returns to the vertical by itself:

Position 0 neutral (joystick set vertically ) the piston rods of both actuators are standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (joystick lever set in an oblique forward position), the piston rod of the first actuator extends.

Position 2 floating with a latch ( lever set in the maximum forward position) the piston rod of the first actuator works loosely, extends and retracts freely under the influence of the forces.

Working position 3 (joystick lever set in a diagonal position backwards) the piston rod of the first actuator retracts.

Working position 4 (joystick lever set diagonal to the left), the piston rod of the second actuator extends.

Working position 5 (joystick lever set diagonal to the right), the piston rod of the second actuator retracts starts.

Electric button 12V or 24V:

Pressing the button on the joystick allows you to output an electric signal that activates the coil in various types of electrically operated valves. The most popular is the 6/2 solenoid valve, which allows you to control an additional third section, in the TUR loader it can be a crocodile or a bale grabber.
