Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, aurochs, cyclops, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

It is used wherever, for reasons of safety, better control comfort or the need to maintain cleanliness, it is required to install the distributor outside the cabin. Only the control unit remains in the cabin, e.g. a joystick, which is connected to the distributor via cables.

Technical data:

Recommended oil flow in the system: 0 - 80 l/min. Example control: two double-acting actuators.

Possibility of serial connection to an existing system (pressure sleeve required).

Control:

Both three-position sliders (1 - 0 - 2), on a spring, i.e. they return to the neutral position when we release the joystick. In the neutral position, the oil goes to the overflow and the pump is then relieved.

It is recommended to control with a five-position joystick (1 - 2 - 0 - 3 - 4):

Position 0 neutral (joystick set vertically) the piston rods of both actuators are standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (joystick lever set in a forward diagonal position), the piston rod of the first actuator extends.

Working position 2 (joystick lever set in a diagonal position backwards), the piston rod of the first actuator retracts.

Working position 3 (joystick lever set in a diagonal position to the left), the piston rod of the second actuator extends is moving.

Working position 4 (joystick lever set in an oblique position to the right), the piston rod of the second actuator retracts.

Supply from the pump (P1, P2): BSP 1/2'' internal thread

Return to the tank (T1, T2): BSP 3/4'' internal thread

Sections (A1, A2, B1, B2): BSP 1/2'' internal thread

The opening pressure of the overflow valve increases proportionally with the increase in flow:

180 bar at 20 l/min

190 bar at 40 l/min

200 bar at 60 l/min

210 bar at 80 l/min

It is recommended to check and set appropriate pressure before starting.

Thinner, high-quality oil: LOTOS AGROL BOXOL 26

Thicker high-quality oil: FUCHS AGROFARM HYDRATEC HVI 46

Recommended oil temperature range:

Permissible ambient temperature: -40 C to +60 C

Permissible oil temperature: -15 C to +80 C

Important!!!

A distributor with lever control is inserted into the package, sets for screwing the cables are sent loose in the same package.

To adapt the distributor to control the cables, it is necessary to unscrew the bodies with the lever and screw the cable sets in their place. Installation is very easy and does not require advanced tools.

After installing the cable sets, the bodies with levers remain at the customer's disposal.
