3-section hydraulic distributor, 1x double-sided section (D), 1x section with latch (Z) + 1 floating section (P) 80L Badestnost High-quality monoblock three-section hydraulic distributor manufactured in Bulgaria.

It can be used in many different machines and devices that use hydraulic drives. Used, among others, for expanding or modifying hydraulic systems in Fiat, Zetor, Case, Ford tractors as well as in various agricultural machines, municipal construction machines, etc. Perfect for operating a snow plow.

Number and type of sections in order from the valve:

1st section - regular (D) - allows you to control double-acting cylinders

2nd section - regular with a latch in every position (Z) - allows you to control hydraulic motors and double-acting cylinders

3rd section - floating (P) - modified slider and rear cap, enabling 4 lever positions.

The undoubted advantage of the floating section is the possibility of cooperation with both double-acting actuators (folding harrows, reversible plows, etc.) and actuators single-acting (tipping cylinders, hydraulic lifters, etc.).

The floating section has 4 positions:

0 - distributor in neutral position,

1 - cylinder extension< p>

2 - return of the double-sided actuator

3 - lowering of the single-sided actuator (in the case of a double-sided actuator - this position allows it to 'float', which is used, for example, in snow plows)

In the floating position - 3 - section has a latch that holds the distributor lever in this position (so-called free flow)

ATTENTION! If a distributor with a latching lever is used to control the actuator, remember that the lever does not automatically snap back after the cycle is completed. The overflow valve will then operate and the pump will be loaded until the lever is manually moved to the neutral position.
