Application:

Widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and the broadly understood industry.

Principle of operation:

A twin-controlled check valve, also known as a 'lock', is used to block the movement of the actuator piston rod in both directions. It ensures stabilization of the piston rod position when we do not control the distributor and large forces act on the actuator. The valve lock stops working when we start controlling the hydraulic distributor.

Connection:

Connect V1 and V2 to the supply lines, e.g. sections in the hydraulic distributor. Connect C1 and C2 to the receiver, e.g. a double-acting actuator.

The flow from V1 to C1 and from V2 to C2 is completely blocked when there is no pressure on V1 and V2. The flow from V1 to C1 and from V2 to C2 opens when pressure is applied to V1 or V2.
