Widely used in hydraulic systems of machines such as: agricultural tractors, sprayers, tourers, cyclopes, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial and construction machines and municipal. Unlike a standard distributor, in this solution the single-sided actuator falls freely (in the lowering position, the distributor does not block the oil stream returning from the actuator). A section with this solution is very useful in TUR front loaders with single-sided actuators for lifting the main frame. Section arrangement given in order from the safety valve side:

1 - double-acting section (D)

2 - double-acting section with a latch in each position (Z)

3 - single-acting section - 'plunger' (J)

D - regular (unmodified) - for controlling the double-acting cylinder

Z - regular with a latch in every position - allows control hydraulic motors or double-acting cylinders

J - single-sided (modified slider, version A) - port A factory plugged with a plug - this configuration allows you to control a single-acting cylinder (kiper, three-point lift, etc.)

ATTENTION! If a distributor with a latching lever is used to control the actuator, remember that the lever does not automatically snap back after the cycle is completed. The overflow valve will then operate and the pump will be loaded until the lever is manually moved to the neutral position.

Controls:

Three-position lever: first and third sections on spring (returns to position on its own) neutral), the second with a latch in each position.

Neutral position 0, the cylinder piston rod is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 - the cylinder piston rod extends or the hydraulic motor is working.< p>

Working position 2 - the cylinder piston rod retracts or the hydraulic motor works in the opposite direction.

The manifold is equipped with a non-return valve and an overflow valve , which also serves as a safety valve.

It is possible to adjust the valve yourself, one full turn means a pressure change of approx. 30 bar.
