Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

Adapted to tractors and machines with an open hydraulic system. The open system is characterized by the fact that the hydraulic pump is started when the engine is started and the hydraulic distributor, when not in use, freely flows oil from the pump towards the tank. The pump runs freely and the oil circulates between the distributor pump and the tank at low pressure.

The set is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, tourers, cyclops, HDS loaders, construction machines , loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

Application in TUR front loaders:

Ideal for controlling two sections in a turn, lifting the frame and the inclination of the shovel, in tractors where the hydraulic pump capacity does not exceed 60L/min.

General information:

Joystick control has many advantages that make work faster, more pleasant and safe. Joystick means, above all, more comfortable, convenient and precise machine control. Installing the joystick inside the cabin and throwing the distributor outside keeps the cabin clean and free of oil leaks.

Joystick:

Designed to mechanically control two sections in the distributor. It has two additional buttons and an electrical harness output, which allows the use of two solenoid valves that will control an additional 3rd and 4th section, e.g. in the TUR crocodile loader or bale grabber. Structural elements made of aluminum inside, housing made of strong plastic.

The solenoid valve is connected to one of the two sections in the manifold, doubling it. An electrically controlled 2-position slider switches the oil flow from the distributor between two actuators. In the loader, these may be leveling (tilting) cylinders and gripper or crocodile cylinders. In practice, the movement of the joystick without the button pressed controls the actuator inclination, and after pressing the button, the control switches to closing and opening the gripper or crocodile.
