Application:

It is widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and the broadly understood industry.

The distributor is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, tourers, cyclopes, HDS loaders, construction machines, loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and others devices with a hydraulic system.

A joystick, or lever manipulator, allows you to control two sections in an electrically controlled hydraulic distributor.

Recommended oil flow in the system: 0 - 80 l/min.

Example control: four double-acting actuators.

Possibility to connect series to the existing system (pressure sleeve required).

Control:

All sliders are three-position (1 - 0 - 2), spring-loaded, i.e. they return to the neutral position on their own after cutting off the power supply . When the slider is in the neutral position (0), the oil flows freely through the distributor to the return channel, the pump then does not work on pressure and is relieved.

Principle of slider operation:

Position 0 neutral (power supply to both coils is cut off) the actuator piston rod is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (power supply only to the first coil) the actuator piston rod extends.

Position 2 working (power supply only to the second coil), the actuator piston rod retracts.

GENERAL INFORMATION JOYSTICK: It has 4 unstable positions and one stable, neutral middle position. If the controller releases the joystick, it returns to the middle - neutral position. Designed for installation in a Ø 30 mm hole. Installation is done by unscrewing the lever ball, unscrewing the ring with cover, inserting the joystick through the hole and screwing the ring and ball back on. It has a rubber sealing cover that protects against dust, water and is resistant to oil.

EXAMPLE OF OPERATION WITH A DISTRIBUTOR:

Neutral position 1 (lever vertical), cylinder piston rods are stationary - oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 2 (lever in forward position), the piston rod of the first cylinder extends.

Working position 3 (lever in the backward position), the piston rod of the first cylinder retracts.

Working position 4 (lever to the left), the piston rod of the second cylinder extends.

Working position 5 (lever to the right), the piston rod of the second cylinder retracts.
