Has widely used in hydraulic systems in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, construction and broadly understood industry.

Adapted to tractors and machines with an open hydraulic system. The open system is characterized by the fact that the hydraulic pump is started when the engine is started and the hydraulic distributor, when not in use, freely flows oil from the pump towards the tank. The pump runs freely and the oil circulates between the distributor pump and the tank at low pressure.

The set is adapted to various types of machines such as: agricultural machines, tractors, sprayers, tourers, cyclops, HDS loaders, construction machines , loaders, excavators, sweepers, industrial machines and other hydraulically controlled devices.

Application in TUR front loaders:

Floating section, also known as free flow, used, among others, for snow plows or TUR front loaders. It causes free movement of the piston rod in hydraulic cylinders, protects against damage elements that have direct contact with the ground, e.g. plow blade.

Ideal for controlling two sections in a turn, lifting the frame and the inclination of the shovel, in tractors where the efficiency of the hydraulic pump does not exceed 40L/min, including:

General information:

Joystick control offers many advantages that make work faster, more enjoyable and safer. Joystick means, above all, more comfortable, convenient and precise machine control. Installing the joystick inside the cabin and throwing the distributor outside keeps the cabin clean and free of oil leaks.

Joystick:

Designed to mechanically control two sections in the distributor. It has an additional button and an electrical harness output, which allows the use of a solenoid valve that will control an additional, third section, e.g. in the TUR loader, a crocodile or a bale grabber.

The internal structural elements are made of aluminum, the housing is made of strong plastic. Italian production INDEMAR.

Control:

First section, three-position slider (1 - 0 - 2), spring-loaded , i.e. it returns to the neutral position (0) if the cable is loose.

Neutral position 0 (the cable is loose), the cylinder piston rod is standing - the oil goes to the overflow.

Working position 1 (the cable pulls the slider), the cylinder piston rod extends.

Working position 2 (the cable pushes the slider), the cylinder piston rod retracts.

Second section, four-position slider (1 - 0 - 2 - 3), three positions (1 - 0) - 2) on a spring (it returns to position 0 by itself), floating position (3) on a latch (the slider stops in the floating position).

Working position 1 (the cable pulls the slider), the cylinder piston rod extends.

Working position 2 (the cable pushes the slider), the cylinder piston rod retracts.
