Equipped with a bypass discharge circuit to prevent too high impulse pressure, which could damage the radiator when the system is started.

The radiator also has a thermostat. After exceeding a given temperature, the thermostat opens the valve under the influence of heat, which allows the cooled oil to flow into the radiator. When the temperature drops to a low value, the thermostat closes again.
