SILICONE HOSE with a diameter of 10x6 mm. Silicone hose is made on the basis of synthetic multi-particle compounds.
The operating temperature range is from -50°C to +200°C,
hardness 62 °Sh,
maximum density 1169 g/cm3.
The hose is resistant to high temperatures while remaining flexible at very low temperatures. The most important advantages of hoses made of silicone rubber include: excellent resistance to twisting, crushing and breaking, infrared and ultraviolet radiation and many chemicals. The silicone hose is approved for contact with food products and is certified by the National Institute of Hygiene. It is resistant to low-pressure steam (no traces of silicone degradation under the influence of steam at a pressure of up to 3 atmospheres). Silicone hose is known for its very good insulating properties and is physiologically neutral, surpassing all other currently available elastomers in this respect.
Silicone hose is used wherever high material requirements are placed on utility items, in the production of, among others, machines and equipment for the production or processing of juices, drinks, ice cream and frozen foods. It is also used to seal food containers, in medical devices, and as a flexible cover for household appliances. It is also used for lighting fixtures.
