These 1MBd high-speed optocouplers feature an open collector transistor output with Schmitt-Trigger functionality for easy integration into digital systems. The Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers offer guaranteed On/Off threshold hysteresis and minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 10kV/μs.
