OSLON® Submount PL KWx CxLPL3.TK Top-Contact LEDs Ams OSRAM OSLON® Submount PL KWx CxLPL3.TK Top-Contact LEDs with chip and conversion technology offer thermal stability, uniform pattern and improved brightness. These Gen 3 submount PL top-contact LEDs are available in (1030μm)2 and (1150μm)2 LEA sizes. The KWx CxLPL3.TK LEDs feature 120° typical radiation (Lambertian emitter), 3A class corrosion robustness, 50mA minimum forward current and 2500mA surge current. These LEDs allow direct mounting onto a heatsink to reduce the PCB cost. The KWx CxLPL3.TK LEDs are AEC-Q102 qualified and come in a ceramic package with top electrode contacts.
