SurLok Plus™ EMI Connectors Amphenol Industrial SurLok Plus™ EMI Connectors are highly reliable, field-installable compression lugs that feature EMI protection and R4 RADSOK® contact technology. This series offers the same high performance as the original but includes EMI shielding, which is ideal for the EV market and its applications. These connectors use industry-standard crimp, screw, and busbar termination options, eliminating the need for special torque tools. The RADSOK contact technology uses high tensile properties of stamping and forming and high conductivity alloy grid to produce low insertion forces. Amphenol Industrial SurLok Plus EMI Connectors feature a quick-lock and press-to-release design, a secondary locking system, and a wide amperage range of 150A to 250A. These IP67-rated connectors offer a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and are available in sizes of 5.7mm to 10.3mm.
