The SSM series features Tiger Claw™ contacts providing an ultra-low profile and dual wipe capability with pass-through functionality. The contact in the square post sockets allows for the long terminal strip pins to pass through the socket and PCB to another socket. This feature allows for space savings, routing flexibility, and fewer connectors. The highly reliable, rugged sockets are available in vertical and right-angle orientations which have passed 10 years in mixed flowing gas (MFG) environments.
