This process takes place under special supervision, thanks to which ideal parameters of the furnace and cooling liquid are ensured.

This is due to the precision of the teeth, pitch and pitch diameter, thanks to which the chain cooperates with the wheel without unnecessary resistance.

This prevents the rollers from abrasion and the chains from stretching and damaging.

Increased resistance to cracking.

All wheels are made of high-carbon steel.

Accurate and repeatable distances between teeth cause the chain to fit perfectly on the wheel, thus not damaging the chain.
