These surface-mount receivers are integrated using an MT3337 ROM chip for the M20048 modules and an MT3333 flash chip for the M20050. These chips provide GPS and GNSS receivers for optimum performance. The series operates at a 2.8V to 4.2V supply voltage range and feature low power consumption and several low power modes.
