PVC self-adhesive polymer foil, 150 µm thick, with a glossy surface and a UV filter. Used to protect sensitive surfaces against mechanical damage. It can be used for internal and external applications. The foil was prepared as a special protection for vehicle body elements particularly exposed to stone impacts. Recommended for use on flat and slightly embossed surfaces.

COVERING MATERIAL: Special, one-sided silicone-coated paper, 137 g/m2

ADHESIVE: Solvent-based polyacrylate, permanent, positionable, colorless.

Resistance to solvents and chemicals: At room temperature, 72 hours. when glued to aluminum, the foil is resistant to most oils and fats, fuels, aliphatic solvents, weak acids and alkaline compounds.

Note:

The surface on which the foil is applied must be cleaned of dust, grease and other contaminants that could adversely affect the adhesion of the product. Freshly lacquered or painted surfaces should be left to dry for a minimum of 3 weeks, and in the case of car paints, up to 3 months.

The possibilities of using selected varnishes or paints with self-adhesive foil should be checked before the final application of the foil.
