This process takes place under special supervision, which ensures perfect parameters of the furnace and cooling liquid. Extended service life. This is due to the precision of the teeth, pitch and pitch diameter, thanks to which the chain cooperates with the wheel without unnecessary resistance. This prevents abrasion of the rollers and stretching and damage of the chains. Increased resistance to cracking. All wheels are made of high-carbon steel. Very good cooperation with Waryński chains.
