FAN73892 3-Phase Half-Bridge Gate-Drive IC ON Semiconductor's FAN73892 3-Phase Half-Bridge Gate-Drive IC is designed for high-voltage, high-speed, driving MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +600V. ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode noise-canceling technique provides stable operation of high-side drivers under high-dv/dt noise circumstances. The protection functions include under-voltage lockout and inverter over-current trip with an automatic fault-clear function. Typical applications include 3-phase motor inverter drivers, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, dishwasher, industrial inverter (sewing machine and power tools), and general purpose three-phase inverter.
