    Description
    ZXGD3112N7 400V Active OR-ing MOSFET Controller Diodes Inc. ZXGD3112N7 400V Active OR-ing MOSFET Controller drives very low RDS(on) MOSFETs as an ‘ideal diode’ to replace the lossy schottky rectifiers. This process increases the power transfer efficiency by replacing the standard rectifier, reducing the forward voltage drop. The ZXGD3112N7 offers light load stability with the typical -3mV (±2mV tolerance) turn-off threshold enabling the control of very low RDS(on) MOSFETs, during which it maintains stability under light load conditions. The Active OR-ing MOSFET Controller eases the thermal design by increasing efficiency and reducing the heatsinking size and cost. Power system reliability is increased as the ZXGD3112N7 lowers the operating temperature. The standby power consumption is <,50mW, as the low quiescent supply current is <,1mA, in the typical 48V configuration.
