The 2EDi EiceDRIVER devices support primary and secondary control of hard- and soft power switching topologies for exceptional power conversion efficiency. Using these robust 4A/8A source/sink dual-channel gate drivers, designers can increase efficiency in CoolMOS™ and OptiMOS™ MOSFET half-bridges.
