The series of devices features high energy withstanding in a small body and low arc voltage. SL1010A is rated for 10 hits (±5 repetitions) of a 5kA 8/20 surge event with a low off-state capacitance of 1.5pF. Its low arc voltage parameter of 10V reduces thermal accumulation during long-term power fault events.
