CG8 & CG9 Gas Discharge Tubes Littelfuse CG8 and CG9 Gas Discharge Tubes feature rugged ceramic-metal construction with two electrodes and a low capacitance of <,1pF. Voltage options include 2500V to 4500V for the CG8 series and 1000V to 5500V for CG9. These lead-free, high-voltage devices are RoHS compliant and offer a surge capability of 3kA 8/20μs for CG8 and 10kA 8/20μs for CG9. Both series have an operating and storage temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Littelfuse CG8 and CG9 Gas Discharge Tubes are ideal for surge protection and high isolation applications, and for applications in which signal levels or bias voltages of several hundred volts are normally present.
