UCC21710-Q1 SiC/IGBT Isolated Gate Driver Texas Instruments UCC21710-Q1 SiC/IGBT Isolated Gate Driver is a galvanic isolated single-channel gate driver designed for up to 1700V SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs.
