These FPGAs include five devices with densities ranging from 384 to 7680 Look-Up Tables (LUTs) for the LP and HX series and 2800 or 5280 4-input LUTs for the UltraPlus series. The Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 devices feature Embedded Block RAM (EBR), Non-volatile Configuration Memory (NVCM), and Phase Locked Loops (PLLs).
