These Easy On FPC connectors feature a slide type actuator which provides a secure connection between the FPC and the connector terminals. The 52746 series FPC connectors have hinged actuators that allow easier insertion of the FPC. The connector contacts are top aligned and are designed to move with the cable when it is pulled up or down. This feature helps provide a secure contact retention force and ensures that electrical contact is maintained.
