Magnetic overlays are universal magnetic fork covers designed to protect transported loads against slipping, sliding off the forks and to protect loads that could be damaged, e.g. scratched during contact and with a bare surface forks.

Installation of the pads takes the forklift operator a few seconds and does not require the use of specialized equipment.

The elastomers we produce are characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing, as well as high flexibility with reverse deformation properties.

What is polyurethane?

A material with unlimited possibilities. PU basically consists of two raw materials, i.e. isocyanate and polyol. Mixing both of these ready-to-process liquid system components, and various auxiliary materials such as catalysts, foaming agents and stabilizers, initiates a chemical reaction. By changing the ingredients and proportions of the mixture, you can precisely adjust the properties of the resulting polyurethane to obtain a material with different stiffness and flexibility, suitable for specific, individual needs. They are resistant to many aggressive chemical compounds, which means that they replace many traditional materials such as rubber, metals, ceramics.
