CAT 312 hub reduction seal High-quality seal is a complete set that prevents oil leaks at the junction of the hub reduction flange and the hydromotor. The set consists of two metal rings and rubber O-rings. The metal ring together with the outer bearing race form the so-called a sliding seal that allows the component to rotate and be tight. Rubber O-ring prevents oil leakage on the housing side and acts as a shock absorber to prevent the ring from being damaged during stress
