KPZ1608-HR Power Line Ferrite Beads TDK KPZ1608-HR Power Line Ferrite Beads feature innovative soft termination technology to offer high reliability under harsh conditions at temperatures up to 150ºC. TDK KPZ1608-HR Soft Termination Ferrite Beads are AEC-Q200 qualified and feature a compact size and robustness ideal for demanding automotive applications. KPZ1608-HR serves in-vehicle electronic control units, powertrains, body controls, and car multimedia (telematics). The external electrodes of KPZ1608-HR feature a conductive resin layer that offers effective protection against board flexure and solder cracks. This ferrite bead series consists of the S material type with impedance characteristics similar to a typical ferrite core. Impedance values within the KMZ1608-HR series were selected for effectiveness at 40 to 300MHz.
