It comes with a load bar and anti-snag strain relief boot for additional protection of the RJ45 connector. This connector is designed to fit solid or stranded wires. Copper alloy, electro-polished contacts ensure reliability for 1000 insertion cycles. The body of the connector is made from UL 94-V0 plastic and the plugs also have a load bar for ease of assembly.This is an 8P8C connector which is one of the most popular choices for computer networking and telecommunications applications.
