These suppressors feature 200W peak power dissipation, 30A peak forward surge current, and low clamping voltage. MCC SMF 200W Transient Voltage Suppressors have an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. The surface-mount devices are offered in unidirectional and bidirectional types.
