    Description
    SMBJ ESD Suppressor (TVS) Diodes Taiwan Semiconductor SMBJ ESD Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes feature glass passivated chip junction and are ideal for automated placement. The SMBJ TVS diodes feature excellent clamping capability and come in a matte tin-plated leads terminal. These SMBJ ESD suppressor diodes operate from 5V to 170V supply voltage and -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range. The SMBJ diodes are RoHS compliant, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, and meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test. These suppressor diodes are ideally used in Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS).
