The SMBJ TVS diodes feature excellent clamping capability and come in a matte tin-plated leads terminal. These SMBJ ESD suppressor diodes operate from 5V to 170V supply voltage and -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range. The SMBJ diodes are RoHS compliant, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, and meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test. These suppressor diodes are ideally used in Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS).
